How Burnout Led to an Ice Rink Exit, a Business Created Around Loss and a Return to Figure Skating on Her Terms with Jolyn Hecht
Jolyn Hecht, a multi-passionate business owner, shares her stories of being a burnt out figure skating director turned entrepreneur who hit a point in life where she needed to make a shift and start living. She’s been on a healing journey for the last two years, and is now less focused on the destination and more tuned into the experience.
Inside this episode:
- She shares her experience of deciding she was done with being undervalued in the corporate space, which also led her to leaving behind her passion for figure skating.
- She talks about her introduction to loss and grief at the age of 6 and how she has learned to carry her grief and educate others on loss.
- She talks about her journey to getting back on the ice after being burnt out.
