Planning and Strategy Consultant, Fitness Coach and Nurse Tara Leson talks about how she found her way in the entrepreneurial space. After deciding to take a step back from nursing during extreme pandemic times, Tara launched her first business in the fitness industry with little business knowledge. She hired coaches (good and bad), learned what worked for her and followed her gut into launching a second planning and strategy consulting business. Tara does business her way and helps her clients to do the same, because she believes that personalization is key.

The Moment I Found My Voice and Sealed My Fate as a Leader

In the 7th grade, I told my school principal, who also happened to be a nun, that she was wrong. She insulted my work in a big way and I thought it was important to let her know that that wasn't very nice. As you can imagine, she didn't agree.

How a Pandemic Puzzle Helped Me Uncover my Business
